My Parrot MKI 9200 was fitted by ICT some time ago when I bought a used car from BMW Barons in Farnborough. It had been troublesome and unreliable the whole time. In desperation, I spoke to Sue at ICT who immediately dispatched Andy to get the problem sorted. ICT take great pride in their customer service and I can see why. It took 3 visits and numerous component changes, they were like a dog with a bone, never gave up. Ultimately it was finally resolved when a hitherto unknown anomaly arose with my i phone, not the equipment at all. It reinforced my belief that this family run business is first rate. They are friendly and exceedingly conscientious. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services. My thanks to Sue, Paul & Andy.

I have to say I am very happy with the Webfleet Solutions system, it is working exactly as you said it would and I’m already seeing a benefit in the way we distribute calls to the Technicians. I am also very happy and impressed with the way the system was installed by Paul and Andrew and the way in which they handled my Technicians, some of whom were very anti the idea of trackers.

I wanted a low budget upgrade of my son’s audio system in his aged Fiesta for his 18th birthday. ICT went above and beyond my expectations, providing me with a number of options and final recommendation after a thorough inspection of his car. This involved replacement of the original audio system with a blue tooth enabled touch screen system and speaker upgrade. The installation is extremely neat and the sound is fantastic. My son is delighted. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with a friendly family owned local company who know how to treat customers.
